Bartek is a Polish brand with over 30 years of experience in a quality shoe making. The name "Bartek" comes from the last name of the company's original founder Janusz Bartnicki who has been producing children's shoes since 1980. Over the years company overcame many challenges and totally mastered their craft. In the past Bartek shoes were made by hand in 1990 the company was taken over by Mr. Barticki's son Pawel who lead Bartek into international market. Bartek shoes became favorite with international customers in Russia, Latvia, Ukraine, Germany and Czech Republic. Bartek shoes are consistently characterized by best quality that company prides itself. Bartek shoes are exceptionally soft and flexible due to the use of production systems (moccasins, injection system) in which the company do not use stiff joints which may be unnecessary stiffen the sole and cause difficulty bending. Bartek shoes have soft, shaped foam inserts, which easily adjusts to anatomical profile of foot and gives feeling of softness increasing the walking comfort. Ankles are also covered with soft foam which guarantees flexibility and prevents from blisters. Bartek shoes are always made out of natural leather and they are always fashionable and fun.
