LOCAL SHIPPING

  • Return time for US Shipping is 30 days.
  • Bill to/Ship to name/address have to match so we can verify the credit card holder.
  • If there is no order match with credit card records we will cancel the order.
  • We do not accept third party credit cards, meaning the credit card holder is making the purchase and shipping to his/hers billing address.
  • If you pay via PAYPAL we can ship to other address then Bill to but the paypal user have to have VERIFIED paypal account.
  • We ship merchandise within one business day of your order, unless we have to re-order the size from US distributor (allow extra 4 days)
  • All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (delivery 2-3 business days).
  • We also ship via UPS, or FedEx if order has quite many pairs of shoes.
  • We will provide you with a tracking number for your order via shipping notification email.
  • Tracking number for your order is also available in your customer account on our website.
  • Some merchandise will be directly shipped from our distributor so please allow extra time for delivery.
  • If customer enters his address incorrectly and the package returns unclaimed, we must charge for original shipping.
  • If we have to re-ship the package because of address error, we will charge additional shipping cost.
  • If we made a shipping error, we will re-ship at our cost and reimburse the customer for original shipping cost. 
  • Local US delivery Time: 2-3 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Return time for International Shipping is 60 days.

ONLINE STORE ONLY - RETURN POLICY

  • Regular/Sale items are subject to return within 30 days, international orders 60 days.
  • Clearance items are subject to store credit or exchange only within 30 days, international orders 60 days.
  • We will issue a full refund (same way as the payment was originally made - VISA, MC, AMEX, DISC or PayPal) and you will be electronically notified of refund.
  • Refund will be issued for the returned merchandise minus shipping amount.
  • Shipping is not refundable.
  • If FREE shipping was issued then we will deduct the shipping amount from the refund total.
  • We do not offer Return Labels to customers.
  • Shipping of the item back for refund is customer responsibility.
  • Customer can use any carrier they like - we get mail everyday.
  • If store credit issued it will be valid for 6 months to use on the website (no exceptions).
  • If store credit is not used within 6 months then once expires it becomes invalid.
  • PLEASE NOTE: our store-credit runs on the time clock system that is entered into the website once the shoes are returned.
  • Once the time of store credit expires the system deletes the store credit completely and it is irreversible. So if the store credit is not used - it is gone completely.
  • Clearance items since last pairs might have some leather or sole discolorations (2% of the models). 
  • If you need to make exchange for another size, place a new order for another size.
  • We do not process exchanges at all - just returns and refunds.
  • Merchandise have to be in original boxes and original new condition. 
  • To make return you can just mail us the shoes that you do not want to keep.
  • Sent the shoes back to the address listed on your invoice.

CLEARANCE ITEMS - 60% OFF

  • Clearance shoes are returnable for store credit or exchange only.
  • We do not offer Return Shipment Labels on Clearance shoes.
  • 98% of Clearance shoes are new and they are in perfect condition only 2% might have some leather or sole discolorations.
  • Clearance shoes are discounted up to 50% OFF.
  • They are last pairs and they BRAND NEW but some models might have some leather or sole discolorations
  • Shoes have been on the store shelf, they been tried on in the store, customers touched them, and they been out of the box on display.
  • Leather and white soles exposed to daylight change color so we rotate them daily in our retail store to minimize discolorations.
  • They are quality new shoes (newer been worn outside) and does not affect wear in any way.
  • If they are some major imperfections on the model we will contact you via email and include images.

            WE TO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON:

  • Worn merchandise: shoes, slippers, sandals, boots or sneakers that are used outside
  • Buckles: metal shoe closure got bent, broken or torn out from the shoe. (those could be easily replaced in the shoe repair shop)
  • Velros: broken torn leather velcros, torn metal closure hoops, loose treads on the velcros (those could be easily stitched in shoe repair shop)
  • Zippers: broken zippers, child might pull the zipper from the shoes by excessive use but this rarely happens (those could be repaired by shoe repair shop)
  • Treats: loose treats that were pulled by child from the shoes (those could be easily stitched in shoe repair shop)
  • Decorations: missing leather decorative flowers, diamonds, any pulled by a child leather decorations. 
  • Discolorations: possible leather discolorations caused by a water such as pool, sprinkler or water puddles. 
  • Scuffs and tears: leather scuffs, child scuffs fronts of the shoes, mechanical leather tears caused during rough wearing.
  • Destruction: intentional destruction of the shoe by a child such as (using a shoe to stop the bike)
  • Soaking: child entered river, pool or water puddles in none waterproof shoes and they soaked, shoes were washed in a washer,

    WE DO ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ON:

  • We only accept factory related defects that were caused by European factory during production of the given model within 30 days of purchase.
  • If there is a defect on the specific model we will stop selling it, and we will contact factory in Europe to get a replacement on entire batch from that model.
  • However, in 22 years we had about 3 models (about 105 shoes in total) with factory related defects out of 150,000 we sell every year.
  • We collected those shoes from every customer and sent other replacements.
  • European shoes are 99% solidly made and there is hardly any factory related defects on them since every factory takes great care in product they produce.
  • You can rest assured that shoes are solidly made and they will not give up just on regular wear.
